Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final.  Items are made to order.  Please inspect items promptly upon receipt and email support@simpletymes.com if you have concerns.  Returns will be accepted for 7 days on damaged or defective items only.  

REFUND FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT:  We reserved the right to cancel any custom order we feel infringes on copyrights or trademarks.  You will be charged a 15% processing fee, in order to cover the cost of your upload.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the nature in which we process, design, and/or produce your order, NO cancellations or alterations may be made once your order has been placed, as they immediately are sent into production and/or packing. Please check your order carefully that you have ordered your items just as you would like them. 

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully if placing a personalized order.  Please double check sizing, color, and style when purchasing completed products such as tees, hoodies, and/or sweatshirts.  You are welcome to email us at support@simpletymes.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order.

NOTE:  Simple Tymes reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion, for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate language, content, copyright infringement, or material.  In the event the order is cancelled, a 15% cancellation fee will be accessed. 

Buy Now, Upload Later: Custom DTF orders placed will be required to submit print ready artwork within 14 calendar days.  Orders without print ready artwork after 14 calendar days will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee. 

Please note, PRE-ORDERED, not in stock items, can take up to 2-6 weeks to ship to you. Please pay close attention to the listing details as these items can not be refunded due to shipping delays.  Please note that all expected ship times are listed based upon the information we have at the time the order is placed.  These are expected and estimated timelines; however, due to the import process delays may occur.  Your purchase of pre-ordered, imported items, constitutes an agreement that you understand the import nature and accept any possible delays.  In the event a cancellation is requested and approved, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
