To Order:

• Please upload the image(s) you wish you have printed by clicking the “Upload and Customize Your Images Button”.  Please ensure the sizing and coloring is correct as it will be printed exactly as it is uploaded.
• Once your artwork is formatted, you will be prompted to return to the product page.  Click “Redirect”
• Add the desired quantity and then click “Add to Cart.”

For the best quality prints, we recommend you upload a TRANSPARENT PNG image with a 300 dpi. 

Pressing Instructions:

• Press your shirt to remove wrinkles and any moisture at 280 for 10-15 seconds.
• Lay transfer on shirt and press at 280 for 15-20 seconds with medium pressure.  (If the transfer has detail that is small, raise the pressure to heavy.)
• COLD PEEL...wait until the transfer is completely cooled off before removing film
• Place shirt back under heat press and press with a cover sheet at 280 for 5 seconds.

Copyright Information:

By submitting your artwork, you are certifying you are the designer of this artwork OR have the legal right to produce a print of this artwork by a third party printer.  It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you are authorizing the printing of this artwork within the designers terms and conditions.  Orders suspected of Copyright Infringement will be suspended pending verification of licensing.  You will be given the opportunity to substitute your artwork.  In the event your order is cancelled as a result of infringement, a 15% processing fee will be assessed to cover the cost associated with the initial file upload.

TIMEFRAMES: DTF prints will ship to you within 3 business days.  Please be aware your turn around time does not begin until we receive print-ready artwork. 

IMPORTANT INFO: Please ensure your artwork is free of transparent pixels.  A transparent pixel is a semi colored or transparent area of your artwork.  These are frequently caused from background removal sites or unintentional apple pencil strikes.  Transparent pixels are not visible to the naked eye; however, the printer does see them and will print them. Transparent pixels will print white.  We are not responsible for reprinting artwork due to transparent pixels.

COLOR INFORMATION:  Please note, DTF prints are printed in CMYK color codes.  Designs created in RGB color codes will be converted to the closest CMYK color available for printing.  Please be advised colors may vary from screen to screen.  A color correction service is available if desired prior to printing.  Please be mindful, not all RGB colors are available in CMYK format.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: It is highly recommended you include in your care instructions the customer should not use fabric softener.  Fabric softener is hard on all transfers, but especially DTF prints.  Additionally, please refrain from detergents with Oxy or aggressive stain fighters. 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to ensuring you receive your products in a timely manner.  Please be mindful of the following turn around times (TAT).

Screen Prints: RTS screen prints will typically ship same day; however, please allow 1-3 business days.  IN PRODUCTION/REORDER screen prints will ship within 1-3 business days of the RTS date listed in the title.

DTF Prints: DTF Prints will ship within 1-3 business days. If submitting custom DTFs, the TAT will start upon receiving print ready artwork.

Custom Traditional Screens:  Custom Traditional Screens will ship within 7-10 business days of receiving print ready artwork.

Wholesale/Printed Tees: Will ship within 7-10 business days.  Any deviation from this timeline will be communicated with you promptly for your approval.

Preorders: Please be mindful of the TAT listed within the product description.  Please be aware the TAT does not start until the business day following the closing of the preorder. TAT is an estimated date and may be subject to change due to production and shipping delays.
