Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We strive to ship in-stock items and in-stock screen prints within 24-72 hours.  Pre-ordered screen prints typically ship within 5 business days.  Kindly allow 7-10 business days for your personalized order to ship, this includes wholesale tees.  (During holiday and peak times this may be extended; however, we will strive to achieve a timely shipment.)  If your order contains non-personalized items, please note your entire order will ship upon completion of the personalization.  You will receive an email shipment confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. 

At times, we will offer PRE-ORDERED items which are not yet in stock.  Please pay close attention to the listing for details.  Pre-ordered items can take between 2-6 weeks to arrive.  If your order includes a pre-ordered items, please note, all items will ship together.  To avoid this delay, you may consider placing a separate order for all your pre-ordered items.  Pre-ordered items can not be refunded unless damaged during shipping. 

Cancelations:

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production. 

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at support@simpletymes.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order.

NOTE:  Simple Tymes also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.  In the event a cancellation is requested and approved, there will be a 15% cancellation fee. 

Returns:

We make personalized gift-giving easy, fast and letter-perfect -- we guarantee it!
We select only the highest quality items, which are then customized just for you! We inspect every item for quality and accuracy before it ships.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or
product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  Please carefully review your font and color selections, as we can not be held responsible if you are unsatisfied as a result of your selection.  All refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds:

Screen prints and Simple Screens (DTF) transfers are non-refundable once pressed.  We are not responsible for transfers applied incorrectly.  Additionally, we ask you inspect Simple Screen DTF prints, prior to pressing them, as they are printed on clear media.  Simple Tymes is not responsible for the replacement of garments due to improperly pressed prints or noticeable defects in Simple Screens.  Additionally, it is the customers responsibility to ensure prints are being pressed on appropriate garments.  Simple Tymes is not responsible for the replacement of garments due to dye migration or garments not compatible with prints.
