Hello!  Thank you for trusting us with your business!  We want to ensure you are in the loop and aware of what your order status is at all times.  Please be mindful that preorder products do have an extended lead time and all turn around times are approximate based on our best estimation.  Production and/or shipping delays/custom import delays beyond our control may occur.  We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

It is strongly encouraged that you add a few days to our TAT with your customers to allow for transit time from us to you.
